A signed certificate of ownership
Every purchase issues a numbered, registry-signed certificate (POE-######) showing the exact location, date and time. Download it as a PDF, and anyone can verify it online forever.

A permanent place in the Genesis Registry
Your claim is written into the public record of the original Plot on Earth, est. 25 September 2026. The first 10,000 plots carry a founding owner mark for good.

Make it yours
Colour your plots, upload artwork that fits exactly inside your land, and give it a name. Everything is checked so the globe stays clean for everyone.

Plant your flag
Raise a waving 3D flag over your territory that everyone exploring the globe can see.

One link, one message
Point your land at your website or one social profile, add your logo, and write a message of up to three sentences.

Sell it on later
List your land with a Buy Now price, take offers, or both. When it sells, ownership moves to the buyer with a new certificate and the plot resets, ready for its next owner.

Held for six months first
Newly bought land must be held for at least six months from the first purchase before it can be listed for resale. That keeps out flippers and protects early owners.
